Every player is individually assessed their 1st session and will receive a program designed specifically for them.
Sessions are roughly 90-minutes. You may attend any combination of offered sessions that work for your schedule. We recommend at least 2 sessions a week to maximize results, but you can schedule and attend as many or few as works for you. Please schedule your sessions as number of athletes per session is limited and available on a first-come basis.

If you purchase a 2x/wk membership you will recieve 8 sessions that you can schedule however you need throughout the month. If you need to come 1x/wk one week and 3x/wk another you are able to schedule it that way. All 2x/wk & 4x/wk memberships will also have all of their drillwork scheduled through our app so you can do your work at home if you are not able to make it in.
Memberships are set up in 1, 4, and 12 month options. The longer you commit, the more you save, so it's a great opportunity to lock in rates and enjoy more value.
